Physical Therapist The ideal candidate is a skilled Physical Therapist professional that is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference in our client's lives. When people are relaxed, comfortable, happy and healthy, they have the ability to work harder, concentrate better, feel physically, emotionally and mentally balanced, and give that happiness back into their homes, workplaces, and community. Our Physical Therapists contribute towards our relaxing and inclusive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Focus attention on guests needs
- Prioritize, organize and follow-up
- Maintain strict confidentiality




- Practical knowledge of proper draping techniques when applicable
- Knowledge of proper therapy methods to ensure that no harm comes to guest
- Maintain complete knowledge of hours of operation and spa services and products
- Maintain complete knowledge of, and comply with, Spa and departmental policies and procedures
- Greet each guest warmly and provide a courteous good-bye
- Handle guest complaints by following Achieve Wellness Spa procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Set-up treatment rooms at the beginning of each shift with all needed supplies and equipment
- Perform daily routine of breakdown of treatment rooms
- Assist in the locker and/or waiting area and laundry room as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment room, Prep room and Spa

Qualifications

- Registered Physical Therapist with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta

Must-haves
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Intermediate level math skills
- Flexible schedule

Desirable
- Previous multi-disciplinary team experience
- First Aid and CPR
