Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals
- Provide physiotherapy treatments using evidence-based techniques and appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, home programs, and strategies to support recovery
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals when required
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to support coordinated patient care




- Maintain skilled and up-to-date knowledge of physiotherapy practices and treatment techniques
- Follow all applicable professional, clinical, and documentation standards

Requirements

- Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is an asset
- Hospital or acute care experience is an asset
- Experience working with pediatric patients is an asset
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
