Accelyst is seeking an experienced

Quality Assurance Specialist

with robust expertise in

Manual Testing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, BI/ETL Testing, and Azure DevOps . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end testing activities for enterprise web-based applications while ensuring software quality throughout the Agile development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise applications. Perform

Manual Testing

including Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Performance, Accessibility (AODA), Unit, and Non-Functional Testing. Test

Microsoft Dynamics CRM

solutions and web-based applications. Perform

BI Dashboard and ETL testing , including source-to-target data validation, data completeness, accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation.



Create and manage testing artifacts, defects, and reports using

Azure DevOps . Execute SQL-based data validation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure application quality. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and requirement workshops. Provide testing status updates, documentation, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications

8+ years

of Manual Testing and Quality Assurance experience. 3+ years

of Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing experience. 5+ years

of BI and end-to-end ETL testing experience. Experience with

Azure DevOps , Agile methodology, and SDLC. Strong SQL skills for data validation and comparison. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Technical Skills
