- Proficient in Operations and capable of optimizing workflows and processes




- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and implement necessary improvements
- Exceptional Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
- Post-secondary education or relevant certifications in Business, Management, or related fields are an asset
