and relevant pay legislation - Produce various reports and perform payroll-related calculations and checks - Respond to information requests from external organizations - Be responsible for internal recruitment activities and onboarding of new employees - Meet with employees to discuss various questions or concerns - Manage employee records - Participate in the administrative tasks of the team - Hold a DEP, AEC, or DEC in accounting, administration, or human resources (vocational/training diplomas)- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role- Excellent command of Excel and MS Office 365- Strong experience with payroll software; PREXTRA is an asset- Good knowledge of Labour Standards and CCQ collective agreements- Autonomous and versatile - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor - Sound judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality
