Keyresponsibilities Underwritenew business, renewals, and endorsements within established authority,guidelines, and service standards. Evaluaterisk quality, coverage requirements, pricing, terms, and conditions. Develop andmaintain effective broker relationships through timely communication andpractical underwriting solutions. Contributeto retention and profitable growth through effective negotiation anddisciplined account management. Maintainaccurate file documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes andregulatory requirements. Experienceand education Post-secondaryeducation degree in business, insurance, risk management, or a related field,or equivalent experience. Minimum offive years of Insurance Industry experience. CIPdesignation, or active progress toward completion, is an asset. Proficiencywith underwriting systems, rating tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Skills andcompetencies Solidtechnical knowledge of underwriting, pricing, and risk selection. Stronganalytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. Professionalcommunication, negotiation, and broker relationship management skills. Strongattention to detail, organization,
