We are looking for a new member to our crew! Great aspects in a candidate include:

- past experince in quick pace environments
- any food handling experience
- social, good with teamwork, can multitask, punctual, and reliable
- hours can range from days to evenings.

Main functions: As part of the pit crew, you will be responsible for providing quick, friendly and courteous service to customers as per Pita Pit standards and values. You will be properly preparing food, receiving orders, collecting payments and maintaining a clean work environment.

Duties

1. Food preparation including but not limited to: rolling pitas, slicing and cutting vegetables and meats, weighing food, making cookies, making smoothies, grilling vegetables and meats, and following recipes
2. Operation of various equipment including but not limited to: oven, grill, pita warmer, pita press, blender, vegetable chopper, and knives
3. Stocking and restocking display cases, coolers, and front station to Pita Pit guidelines
4. Cleanup and sensitization including but not limited to: bathrooms, preparation area, display cases, customer service area, walk in fridges and freezers, floors,



and storage areas

5. Practicing good organizational skills
6. Taking orders and serving customers within Pita Pit standards and values
7. Operating the cash registers including but not limited to: accepting various types of tenders from customers, providing proper change to customers, balancing cash drawer and receipts, documenting discrepancies
8. Adhere to Pita Pit uniform standards
9. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
10. Understanding and implementing core values and pledge

Working conditions

- Standing for long periods of time is required with constant movement
- Heavy lifting (max weight 50lbs) and some overhead lifting to place items on shelves (max weight 25lbs)Employment Requirements:
