Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items efficiently, following established recipes and food safety standards
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all customers, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols




- Assist with upselling menu items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion and customer service

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong skills in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation are highly desirable
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen procedures is advantageous
