Job Summary Airgas / Air Liquide is hiring a Plant Operator located in Sainte‑Catherine, QC for an on‑site position.

The Plant

Operator will be responsible for fulfilling day‑to‑day operations, including the safe handling of Anhydrous Ammonia and Ammonium Hydroxide processes, maintaining a clean and qualified facility environment, and responding to service inquiries and feedback.

Key Responsibilities - Bulk cargo tank loading, unloading, and evacuation of anhydrous ammonia and ammonium hydroxide.

- Plant maintenance to ensure an excellent operating workplace.
- Truck and trailer maintenance, including pump rebuilds and other process components.
- Cold‑Flo sampling of anhydrous ammonia.
- Production, testing, and date recording of ammonium hydroxide.
- Daily inventory and monitoring of products.
- Data recording and interpretation to advance operational goals.
- Ensure all safety guidelines are upheld with excellence.




- Complete plant and hose inspections with attention to detail.
- Perform other related duties and reasonable instructions as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets.
- Knowledge of the area and ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Availability to work overtime if necessary.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.
- Basic computer experience.
