The Company is in search of a Vice President, Property Management to provide strategic and operational leadership across its real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive leadership in both residential and commercial property operations, driving portfolio performance, and ensuring the successful integration and stabilization of current developments. This role requires a visionary leader with a service-first approach, capable of championing a hospitality-caliber resident experience and fostering an employee culture that drives engagement and service excellence. The Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining full accountability for the management platform's operating performance, leading financial activities,
and partnering with the executive team on capital planning and investment priorities.
Applicants for the Vice President, Property Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale real estate operations.
