Ideal Qualifications

• PhD in a STEM discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related field.

• Strong academic and research background with experience solving complex, research-level problems.

• Demonstrated expertise within your area of specialization.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage research tasks in a remote environment.

Responsibilities





• Develop high-quality, domain-specific problems based on your academic and research expertise.

• Create rigorous reference solutions, technical analyses, and detailed explanations for complex scientific and engineering problems.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, reasoning, completeness, and technical quality.

• Identify errors, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve AI-generated outputs.

• Collaborate with AI researchers and subject-matter experts to refine technical content and evaluation standards.

• Contribute high-quality research data that improves the reasoning, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities of advanced AI models.

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate, with rolling applications.

• Duration: 1–2 months, with potential for extension.

• Commitment: 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.

• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous.

Compensation
