Population Health Informaticist (AI Training) About The Role We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate AI systems in the health domain — and we need population health experts to help make it happen. As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll apply your expertise in health data and analytics to evaluate, improve, and shape AI outputs that touch real-world public health decisions. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that lets you do meaningful work on your own schedule.

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated content and outputs related to population health data, analytics, and public health strategy

Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving health outcomes

Review and provide structured feedback on data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and monitoring

Translate complex health data into clear, actionable insights — and assess whether AI does the same

Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or missed opportunities in AI-generated population health analyses





Support the development of data-driven strategies and programs that improve health outcomes at scale Who You Are Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets

Strong analytical thinker with solid data visualization and reporting skills

Able to bridge complex data and real-world stakeholder needs with clarity

Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently and asynchronously

Passionate about the intersection of data, health equity, and community outcomes Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with public health surveillance tools or health information systems
