This is a pure portfolio management + client advisory role

You’ll manage a book of clients across mass affluent, HNW, and UHNW segments, own the onboarding experience, and run portfolios on a fully discretionary basis in partnership with the CIO.

What You’ll Do

- Own and deepen relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Manage discretionary portfolios (active + passive strategies) alongside the CIO office
- Lead onboarding end-to-end: discovery → funding → first-year experience
- Deliver transparent, high-quality portfolio reviews and ongoing client communication
- Collaborate with planning, investments, and operations teams
- Contribute to investment discussions and portfolio strategy
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

- 3–5 years in portfolio management, investment counsel, or senior wealth advisory

• Licensed (or eligible) as a Portfolio Manager with the OSC

- CFA or CIM designation

• Strong foundation across active and passive investment strategies

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex ideas simply
