We at Paula's On-Site Cleaning Ltd. are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. We clean newly built homes throughout various stages of construction in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout various stages of construction ensuring a safe and welcoming setting for all occupants.

This role requires strong time management skills as it's a very fast-paced environment. Each candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

PAY'S ONCE A MONTH

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, bending.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Follow safety protocols while on-site ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction cleaning or custodial services is mandatory.




- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas.
- Post-Construction cleaning experience is preferred
- Professional Residential Home cleaning is preferred
- A valid driver's license is required*
- Shifts are Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 am-4:00 pm ( 32-40 HOURS A WEEK+OVERTIME )*
- Required to stay overtime as needed
- Excellent training supported by mangement
- Authorized to work in Canada
- EGLISH SPEAKING AND UNDERSTANDING IS A MUST
- Own a phone
