Job Title: Power Automate Desktop Developer

Location: Toronto, Canada-Onsite

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Robotic Process Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience developing desktop automation, integrating applications and systems, handling exceptions, and working with business teams to automate manual and repetitive processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop .
- Build desktop flows to automate repetitive business processes across Windows applications.
- Automate processes involving Excel, Outlook, web applications, desktop applications, PDFs, files/folders, and databases .
- Develop reusable and scalable automation components using PAD best practices.
- Configure variables, loops, conditions, UI elements, selectors, subflows, error handling, and exception management.
- Integrate Power Automate Desktop with Power Automate Cloud Flows where required.
- Work with APIs, HTTP actions, web services, and connectors for system integration.
- Develop automation for data extraction, transformation,



validation, and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures, application issues, and production incidents.
- Monitor RPA bots and provide production support and maintenance.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Document process flows, technical designs, automation logic, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, developers, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Follow security, governance, coding, and deployment standards for enterprise RPA solutions.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop .
- Experience developing and maintaining Desktop Flows .
- Good knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows .
- Experience with Microsoft Excel automation , including formulas, worksheets, tables, CSV, and data manipulation.
- Experience automating web and Windows-based applications .
- Strong understanding of UI automation, selectors, variables, loops, conditions, and exception handling.
- Experience with SQL/Databases and data extraction.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and web services .
- Experience with file, folder, PDF, Outlook, and email automation.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Understanding of RPA lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
