Precision Medicine Data Lead (AI Training) About The Role What if your expertise in genomics and clinical data could directly shape how AI understands and advances personalized medicine for millions of patients? We're looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to help guide the integration of complex healthcare datasets into meaningful insights — powering the next generation of AI models built for clinical research and personalized treatment. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor
Communicate results clearly to diverse stakeholders — from research teams to technical leads
Ensure data governance standards are upheld across all integration and analytics workflows
Evaluate and improve how AI systems handle healthcare and genomic data at scale Who You Are Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
Skilled in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into meaningful insights
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
Detail-oriented, methodical, and rigorous in your approach to data quality and scientific accuracy A explicit communicator who can bridge the gap between technical data systems and clinical or research audiences Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems
Familiarity with precision medicine frameworks, EHR systems, or biomarker research
Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or clinical informatics
