Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other life sciences data into unified analytics platforms
Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support
Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data — assessing accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality and regulatory alignment
Translate complex data findings into clear, meaningful insights for both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
Strong foundation in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights
Comfortable working cross-functionally across clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
Detail-oriented and methodical — you hold data and AI outputs to a high standard
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or FDA guidelines for healthcare data
