Precision Medicine Data Lead (AI Training) About The Role What if your expertise in genomics and clinical data could directly shape how AI understands and advances personalized medicine for millions of patients worldwide? We're looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to help guide the integration, governance, and transformation of complex healthcare datasets — powering the next generation of AI-driven clinical insights. This is a fully remote, versatile contract role built for experienced healthcare data professionals who want to apply their expertise to cutting-edge AI development.

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other life sciences data into unified analytics platforms

Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support

Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data — assessing accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness

Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality and regulatory alignment

Translate complex data findings into clear, meaningful insights for both scientific and non-technical stakeholders





Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles

Strong foundation in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights

Comfortable working cross-functionally across clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments

Detail-oriented and methodical — you hold data and AI outputs to a high standard

Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows

Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or FDA guidelines for healthcare data
