S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is seeking an Employment Counsellor to support WorkBC clients across the Greater Vancouver Area, including Richmond, Vancouver, TriCities, Langley and Aldergrove. This permanent full time role offers a salary of $29.39–$31.00 per hour and opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven organization.
The counsellor will conduct needs assessments, develop personalized employment plans, provide referrals to community resources, and monitor progress while documenting outcomes.
