and post-launch activities- Contribute to change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of current systems and processesWhat you must have:- 5+ years of business analysis experience in complex, enterprise environments- Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagements and facilitate requirements discussions independently- Strong experience delivering in Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) environments- Hands-on experience leading or owning UAT activities- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarity- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholdersSalary/Rate Range: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00#J-18808-Ljbffr
