Salary & Compensation - Salary: $88,500 per year

- Health Benefits Program: The program is cost-shared (80:20) between NCCS and the administrator. Covers 80% Basic Dental and 80% Extended Health Care with small amounts of Life and Critical Illness Insurance.
- RRSP Matching Program: For every dollar the employee puts towards an RRSP, NCCS will match 75
- Moving Costs: Negotiable Qualifications - Valid BC teaching certificate
- A master’s degree in education or a related field is an asset
- A minimum of five years of teaching experience in a K-9 setting
- A proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experienced teacher (minimum of 5 years) with training and understanding of the meaning and value of a faith-based learning environment
- Principal or Vice Principal experience is considered an asset
