Colourfast Secure Card Technologies has been manufacturing paper and plastic products for over 25 years, and our growth is a direct result of the care, energy and attention to detail that we have invested and delivered to our customers, as well as our employees and are in need of a sheet fed printing press feeder to help us in our growth. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented feeder to join our plastic card manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will feed the printing press and assist the Press Operator in day to day operations

Key Responsibilities

- Load paper/plastic into the press

- Assist in the startup and operation of the press to include

- Setup feeder

- Bend and hang plates

- Apply inks to fountains

- Examine press sheets on the fly for normal and special variation

- Stack or palletize delivered sheets to assure against offsetting or other damage

- Clean up the press

- Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication,



roller inspection and deglazing, new blanket preparation, clean water tanks and make roller changes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating offset printing presses or similar manufacturing equipment

- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling is a plus

- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently

- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
