Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutors to support students in achieving their academic goals. This role involves providing personalized instruction across various subjects, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students build confidence in their abilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working with children, and a passion for education.

Duties

- Deliver one-on-one in person/ Online or Hybrid tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Assist students with understanding difficult concepts and improving their study skills
- Develop customized lesson plans and educational materials to enhance learning outcomes
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to align tutoring efforts with academic goals
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student performance




- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and age groups

Qualifications

- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
- Strong knowledge of relevant academic subjects and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience working with children or in classroom settings is a plus
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
- Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule

Pay: $16.50-$22.00 per hour
