A fast-paced electronics manufacturer in North York is hiring a Process Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for Circuit Card Assemblies, PCBs, and box-build products. This is a genuinely hands-on role — you'll be on the production floor, working directly with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to solve real problems, not just document them.

What you'll be doing:

✔ Developing and improving manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies, and troubleshooting issues with real root cause analysis

✔ Leading NPI activities from design review through production ramp-up — reviewing designs for manufacturability and catching risks early

✔ Supporting prototype builds, pilot runs, First Article builds, and process validation

✔ Driving continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles to cut waste, cycle time, and cost

✔ Ensuring processes meet IPC, J-STD, ISO, and other applicable standards

✔ Providing technical input on equipment, tooling, and CAPEX decisions

What you bring:





- A degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related
- 3-5 years in process or manufacturing engineering, ideally in electronics manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with PCB/CCA or box-build assembly processes
- NPI experience — you've taken products from development into production before
- Comfort reading engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs
- Aerospace, defense, medical, or automotive manufacturing experience is a strong asset
- Ability to clear security clearance for defense/aerospace work
