The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring a Process Supervisor on a permanent basis to work on-site in Regina, SK.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Process Operators, influence operational performance, champion a strong safety culture, and contribute to continuous improvement across the refinery.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and empower a team of Process Operators by setting clear expectations and objectives, implementing operating plans, procedures, and programs, and providing ongoing coaching, feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
- Oversee safe and efficient boiler house and process operations, including unit start-ups, shutdowns, process adjustments, maintenance coordination, and staffing coverage to ensure reliable plant performance.
- Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, protected work practices, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards, while leading emergency response activities when required.
- Coordinate process staffing schedules on nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring adequate coverage and effective response to operational issues while maintaining continuous plant operations.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, operator training, and proactive communication with stakeholders across the refinery.
Who You’ll Work With The Team You will lead a team of Process Operators and report to the Section Supervisor on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of efficiency, safety, and collaboration.

Who You Are
You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and
- Have 8+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or production environment, with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of post-secondary training/technical training.
Power
Engineering certification (minimum 4th class) is considered a strong asset.
- Have a Class 5 driver’s license in good standing.
- On-scene Commander Training and Fire Brigade Leader Certificate are preferred.
