Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Strategy to lead strategic and transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay technology landscape, with a strong focus on Procurement Intake & Orchestration tools and process design.

This role will partner with Procurement, Business Units, Technology teams, and functional SMEs to develop scalable procurement technology strategies, gather business and technical requirements, optimize end-to-end processes, and support successful technology adoption and change management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated Source-to-Pay technology strategies with a focus on Procurement Intake & Orchestration

Lead strategic technology initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements across procurement functions

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders

Design and optimize end-to-end procurement processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience

Assess current-state processes and develop future-state process designs and technology-enabled solutions

Partner with Procurement, Business Units, Technology, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption

Lead technology enablement and change management activities associated with new procurement solutions

Evaluate procurement technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business strategy

Build executive-ready presentations, business cases, recommendations, and strategic materials

Use data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making





Challenge existing processes and drive innovative approaches to procurement technology and operating models

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Source-to-Pay procurement technologies and processes

Hands-on experience with Procurement Intake & Orchestration tool and process design

Strong experience in technology strategy, technology enablement, and business transformation

Experience leading requirements gathering and documenting business and technical processes

Strong process design and optimization experience

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups

Strong change management experience supporting technology implementations

Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex logic

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field

Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience with procurement platforms such as Ivalua or Coupa

Exposure to Intake & Orchestration platforms such as Zip, ORO, Tonkean, or similar solutions

Experience with SAP procurement environments

Product Management experience

MBA or advanced degree with a Technology or Analytics focus

Experience developing enterprise Source-to-Pay strategies or operating models
