Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while working with fresh, high-quality produce? Pincher Creek Co-op is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Produce Clerk to become a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, and locating items.
- Manage inventory levels, order stock, and receive deliveries with attention to detail.
- Stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables to maintain optimal quality.
- Ensure all produce is fresh, safe, and meets high-quality standards.
- Remove spoiled produce promptly and maintain a visually appealing display.
- Set up, maintain, and deconstruct product displays creatively.
- Uphold a clean and organized shopping environment at all times.
- Adhere to health regulations and safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of produce quality, hygiene, safety, and food preparation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., able to work all shifts.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift, carry heavy items, climb ladders, squat,



and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in safe food handling; Food Safe course is an asset.
- Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness.
