Role Description The Product Manager role at OAZO is a full-time hybrid position based in Moncton, NB, with flexibility for some work from home. The Product Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven products and solutions, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap management.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, defining product vision and features, and translating user needs into clear, actionable specifications for engineering and design teams. The person in this role will coordinate cross-functional delivery, monitor product performance and adoption,
and iterate on features based on data and feedback.
The Product Manager will also contribute to go-to-market plans, ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives, and support continuous improvement of OAZO’s product development practices.
Qualifications
- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with AI, automation, or software products, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and dependencies, and drive alignment among engineering, design, and client-facing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are an asset given the bilingual client base.
- Background in technology, business, engineering, or a related field; experience in professional services, medical, insurance, or operations-heavy environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, product discovery practices, user research, and iterative product development.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in office collaboration in Moncton, NB with productive remote work.
