In this role, you will coordinate with a number of internal and external stakeholders at each of the water and/or wastewater treatment plants and transmission systems (as applicable). You will represent the Agency in dealings and meetings with local municipal representatives and officials concerning the technical and budgetary components of these projects in their municipalities which are managed by the Agency.**What we are looking for:****Knowledge*** Class 3 Wastewater Treatment would be preferred, however, a minimum Operator-in-Training (OIT), as specified in O.Reg. 128/04 of the Secure Drinking Water Act and O.Reg. 129/04 of the Ontario Water Resources Act (e). Should a successful applicant be employed as an under-fill Operator (OIT), there will be a requirement to write and pass the required class 1 certification exams within 12 months of your start date.* If you are not certified, please review this link to find out how to become certified:* Advanced knowledge of technical engineering technology concerning the principles, practices, technologies and methodologies for major maintenance and state of good repair within a water/wastewater treatment system.* Advanced knowledge of relevant legislation/regulations/Acts and responsible experience in water/wastewater treatment operations, maintenance, as well as financial planning and administration.* Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act,
