This onsite position involves operating Boring Mill machines, ensuring adherence to drawing specifications while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Boring Mill or 5 Axis Machining experience and will be responsible for set-up, offset adjustments, and self-verification of parts. A strong foundation in CNC programming and blueprint reading is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform manual set-ups using CNC programming • Maintain tolerances and make necessary machine adjustments • Document quality logs and communicate discrepancies • Work from set-up and manufacturing sheets • Support continuous improvement and 5S activities
Requirements: • High school diploma with 3+ years Boring Mill experience • Proficient in measuring equipment for quality • Capable of reading and interpreting technical blueprints • Eligible to work in Canada under ITAR regulations • Certificate of Qualification preferred
