Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner who will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Client’s QA audit platform. This role translates insurance operations and business needs into prioritized product outcomes while partnering closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and senior Client stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep insurance expertise, strong product leadership, and the ability to drive delivery across complex enterprise programs..

The Role - Product Owner / Program Manager

Responsibilities:

- Own the product backlog, sprint priorities, and acceptance criteria to ensure each sprint delivers measurable business value.
- Partner with QA operations, carrier management, and compliance stakeholders to ensure requirements reflect operational reality.




- Translate business objectives into clear product decisions and guide the engineering team toward the right solutions.
- Manage dependencies across workstreams and external programs, proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
- Maintain regular reporting for leadership and Client stakeholders, including project milestones, risks, and delivery status.
- Maintain the project in ServiceNow PPM or an equivalent tool, including milestone, cost, and resource tracking.
- Serve as the primary Client contact for scope, priorities, delivery, decisions, and escalations.

Requirements:

- At least 6 years of experience working in or with the insurance industry, with deep knowledge of insurance operations and processes.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project/Program Manager on complex enterprise platform deliveries.
- Ability to engage credibly with insurance operations stakeholders and translate domain expertise into product decisions.
- Experience using ServiceNow PPM or equivalent portfolio management tools.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies across multiple concurrent programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English within a client-facing environment.
- Proactive and collaborative leadership style, with a robust sense of ownership and accountability for delivery commitments.

Nice to have





- Experience with long-term care insurance administration.
- Experience migrating solutions from low-code platforms.
- Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, CSPO, or equivalent
