THE TEAM The mission of the Product Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Product Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for running the day-to-day operations of our Product Division. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Product Integration, you will support the team to uphold operational excellence throughout the Product Lifecycle, ensuring key deadlines are met, facilitating communication across departments, and running checkpoints to deliver on intended outcomes.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Product Integration, you will:

- Understand our Product Lifecycle and ensure it is executed perfectly
- Determine and champion the key elements of each checkpoint to effectively facilitate meetings and deliver intended outcomes
- Contribute to defining each program within the Product Division and ensure they are realized perfectly




- Project manage and / or be the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to identifying, defining, and integrating divisional tools, ensuring they support business needs
- Connect and organize the Division & Sub-Divisions with business-driven, simple, relevant & timely information

THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Analyst / Analyst, Product Integration, has:

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
