Role Description The Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for guiding clients through their vehicle selection and purchase experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle features and options, and conducting product demonstrations and test drives. The role involves answering prospecting, social media, social marketing, tapping into your communities, friends and family circles!

Qualifications





- Strong product specialist background, with the ability to learn and explain Mercedes-Benz vehicle features and technology clearly.
- Analytical skills to understand client needs, compare product options, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Customer service skills focused on building trust, delivering a premium experience, and handling inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Sales skills to support the purchase process, assist in closing deals, and meet dealership performance goals in a consultative manner.
- Comfort working in an on-site retail workplace, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality is an asset; luxury brand experience is beneficial BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
