Duties

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to support manufacturing processes
- Use forklifts safely to move materials and finished products within the warehouse or production area
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning
- Assist with the assembly of components according to specified procedures and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety protocols
- Support inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products




- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently and safely

Qualifications

- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred, carpentry experience a must.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery and tools is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly techniques, assembling pre-hung doors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while following instructions precisely
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
