Production Co-ordinator

Fieldstone Organics is looking to recruit a highly motivated and organized Production Co-ordinator to join the team at our organic granary, located 6kms north of Armstrong in the beautiful Spallumcheen valley.

This is a varied and exciting role, with the opportunity to develop and make your mark within this ever-growing organic food company.

Training available for the suitable candidate.

Role Includes:

- Scheduling & overseeing all mill production, warehousing and packaging
- Logistics co-ordination – incoming/outgoing including export
- Ensuring inventory availability (product & supplies)
- Ensuring the accuracy and implementation of SOP’s and GMP’s
- Crop planning & sourcing, liaising with growers regarding crop production, seeding & harvest.
- Implementing Organic Certification & HACCP procedures and facilitating inspections
- Perform and report all quality control procedures.
- Oversee health & safety, staff training and WCB compliance
- Assist in the scheduling & implementation of repairs, maintenance and new developments.

Skills:

- Excellent computer skills
- Forklift certification and warehousing skills




- HACCP / Food Safety / Organics - any experience would be an asset.
- Health and Safety – any experience would be an asset
- Any relevant training or experience in a food production facility

This role is a full time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend seasonal overtime. Competitive remuneration and full benefits available.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
