We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient, high-quality production of our custom glass wall and partition systems.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to consistently meet project deadlines
- Lead, coach, and develop the production team across CNC, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and related areas
- Uphold strict quality standards for precision aluminum, glass, hardware, and finished systems
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and lean practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support faster lead times
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements
- Coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Purchasing so production stays aligned with project requirements and material availability
- Monitor production metrics, capacity, and inventory; identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
- Support equipment, tooling, and facility planning as the company continues to grow

What You Bring:

- Proven experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor,



or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment (custom fabrication, aluminum, glass, architectural products, or related industries preferred)
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building accountable, high-performing teams
- Solid experience with production planning, scheduling, and quality control
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand core manufacturing processes (CNC, fabrication, assembly, finishing)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Genuine commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong asset)
