We are looking for someone with strong leadership and problem-solving skills who can effectively supervise production operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support production employees
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Monitor production output and ensure specifications are met
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, and injection moulding issues
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Coach employees and communicate performance expectations
- Support and enforce company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Hands-on knowledge of plastic injection moulding is strongly preferred

- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Manufacturing or unionized environment experience is an asset
- Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, and automotive core tools is an asset
