Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily production scheduling and on-site operations management
- Assist with improving workflow and production efficiency
- Arrange manpower and production plans to ensure orders are completed on time
- Monitor food safety, sanitation standards, GMP, and SOP compliance
- Support daily production troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Coordinate and communicate with purchasing,



warehouse, and management teams
- Participate in production floor operations as needed

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen operations, or production management is preferred
- Strong on-site management and execution skills
- Experience in improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing workflows
- Familiar with food safety standards and production processes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
