- 8 years of Production Support experience
- Robust OCP / OpenShift experience
- Windows & Linux administration
- Dynatrace monitoring and alerting
- Kubernetes / Container Services
- Shell Scripting, Python & PowerShell
- SQL Database Management & MongoDB
- Incident Response & Root Cause Analysis
- Disaster Recovery planning and execution
- Release Engineering & Deployment Support
- Automation and continuous improvement
