Duties

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods or passengers across designated routes
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload cargo, often requiring heavy lifting, while adhering to proper safety procedures
- Interact courteously with customers, clients, and team members, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance logs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every journey




- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading cargo safely
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices in transportation
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and perform manual tasks as needed
- A clean driving record demonstrating responsible driving behavior
