Title: Qualified Nanny / Household Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: North York, Toronto, ON

Hours: Full-time, Year-Round | Monday–Friday (approx. 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM during school year / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM summer/holidays)

About Our Family

We are an active family looking for an organized, proactive, and warm Nanny / Household Assistant to become a long-term partner in keeping our household running smoothly. Our family is in a dynamic season: our youngest will begin part-time preschool this fall, and our home life revolves around school routines, healthy living, extracurriculars, and family time.

The Ideal Candidate

You are equally skilled at engaging an energetic 3-year-old as you are at meal prepping, managing grocery logistics, and maintaining household organization. You thrive on routine, love creating healthy food, and take pride in managing a home with autonomy and care.

Key Role Highlights

Childcare: Primary care for our youngest child (Mon/Fri) and morning "all-hands-on-deck" routine (7:00 AM – 8:00 AM) to help get kids fed, dressed, and out the door for school.

Meal & Kitchen Management: Planning 3 healthy family dinners a week, batch-preparing nutritious work lunches, making kid-friendly snacks, and managing grocery shopping.

- Household Support:



Daily tidying, family laundry, organizational projects, and housekeeping/cleaning on preschool days (Tue–Thu).

What We Offer

Monthly Salary: $4,070 – $4,500 / month based on background, experience, and certifications.

Guaranteed 40 full-time hours per week year-round.

Paid overtime rates for additional hours (as per Ontario law, regular hourly rate from 40-44 hours/week, and time and a half for all extra hours beyond 44/week).

2 weeks paid vacation (added to every cheque as per Ontario law)

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a Nanny, House Manager, Mother’s Helper or similar hybrid domestic role.

Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on healthy, fresh, and balanced meal preparation.

Good cleaning skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation.

Current CPR / First Aid Certification.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (preferred).

Excellent references from previous long-term families.

Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Pay: $4,070.00-$4,500.00 per month
