It oversees compliance operations, employer monitoring, risk management, audit coordination, vendor oversight, and enforcement activities. It also manages employer pre-enforcement and enforcement processes related to statutory requirements and supports the Executive Director in developing compliance frameworks, corrective action procedures, and escalation protocols. The position reports directly to the Executive Director and functions as the Program’s primary resource for operational compliance and enforcement.

Telework: This position is eligible for up to a 50% hybrid telework arrangement. With a telework agreement, onsite attendance will be required for team meetings or as requested by management to meet business needs. Completion of a telework agreement will be required. Please review the Telework Policy for details.

About MN Secure Choice Retirement Bd The Minnesota Secure Choice Retirement Program was established by the legislature to encourage saving for retirement by employees working for employers who don’t offer a workplace retirement plan. To achieve that goal, legislation was passed mandating employers with five or more employees to participate in the Program. The program is administered and enforced by the Minnesota Secure Choice Retirement Board.
