Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Supervisor for Childcare to lead and oversee early childhood education programs. In this vital role, you will ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting staff development and program quality. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the childcare program, ensuring compliance with licensing standards and organizational policies
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to caregiving staff to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that foster early childhood development, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills
- Monitor classroom environments for safety, cleanliness, and engagement; address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and build positive relationships
- Conduct regular staff meetings to review program goals, share best practices,
and ensure consistent quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation related to children's records, attendance, incident reports, and compliance requirements
Experience
- Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability in teaching or caregiving roles within childcare or preschool environments
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a childcare or educational setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, children, and families

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
