As a Project Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the operational success of our lighting projects — ensuring accuracy, communication, and smooth execution from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with distributors, clients, engineering, and production to support every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows

Act as the main point of contact for distributors, clients, and internal teams

Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports





Prepare lighting coordination documents for client & project manager approval Create, track, and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) to ensure clarity and alignment

Prepare, submit, and follow up on submittals for approval by clients, engineers, and project managers

Generate, process, and manage purchase orders in accordance with project requirements

Track manufacturing timelines and delivery schedules to ensure on-time project execution

Support the sales team with product specifications, pricing, and customer needs

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production for custom builds or large orders

Proactively identify and resolve project challenges

Ensure timely, clear communication across all stakeholders

Contribute to workflow improvements as LEDPAX continues to scale

Qualifications

2–5 years of project coordination experience (lighting, construction, or manufacturing preferred)

Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) and Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving

Bilingual (English/French) a plus
