Solid background in HVAC/mechanical systems (hydronics, fluid movement, VRF, chilled/hot water systems) 7+ years of progressive sales experience in mechanical/building systems environments Proven ability to lead or support sales teams in a technical sales organization Strong understanding of contractor and consultant‑driven project sales cycles
