Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager for our client in Calgary, AB. This 12-month contract opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced project leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex programs, partnering with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, systems integrators, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and organizational outcomes. fostering a culture of accountability and collaborationBuild solid relationships with executive sponsors, project stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partnersProvide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committeesFacilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to support project successStrategic Planning & Business AlignmentDevelop and manage strategic project roadmaps aligned with organizational prioritiesIdentify project dependencies, resource requirements, risks, and mitigation strategiesEnsure technology initiatives support long-term business goals and operational requirementsTranslate business objectives into executable project plans and delivery strategiesManage relationships with consulting partners, systems integrators, and third-party vendorsOversee contract deliverables, performance expectations, budgets, and service levelsCoordinate resources across multiple teams and resolve competing prioritiesEnsure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout project lifecyclesEstablish project KPIs and performance metricsDeliver reporting to leadership teams and governance committeesDrive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor project risks, issues, budgets, schedules,



and organizational impactsLead organizational change management activities associated with major transformation initiativesSupport stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategiesDrive successful transition and realization of business valueQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related disciplineEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be consideredMinimum 15 years of progressive project and program management experienceProven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation initiativesDemonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex programsExperience leading geographically dispersed teams and multiple concurrent workstreamsStrong stakeholder management experience, including executive leadership and steering committeesProven experience delivering projects from business case development through implementation and operational transitionExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologiesStrong understanding of project governance, budgeting, financial management, and risk managementBroad knowledge of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, data management, and digital transformation initiativesAbility to align technology solutions with business objectivesExceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesPMP certification preferredAdditional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL are considered assetsMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
