Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Delivery Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for a client Azure tech stack and Azure DevOps on a refactor and transformation project.

Your role and responsibilities 1.

Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management: Oversee the entire project, from planning to execution, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope and quality standards.

3.

Agile Delivery Management: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects, ensuring smooth transitions between sprints and releases. Serve as the Agile delivery manager, guiding teams on Scrum ceremonies,



backlog management, and continuous improvement practices.

4.

Azure DevOps Expertise: Leverage your expertise in Azure DevOps for project management, including using Azure Boards for project tracking, Azure Repos for source control, Azure Pipelines for CI/CD, and Azure Test Plans for test management.

5.

Cloud Modernization Projects: Lead cloud refactoring or migration projects, ensuring these initiatives align with business objectives, and utilizing Azure for application development and deployment.

6.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor cross‑functional teams, fostering a cooperative work environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

7.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, including executives and technical teams.

8.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.

9.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required education Bachelor’s Degree Preferred education Master’s Degree Required technical and professional expertise 1. Proven experience (5+ years) in managing complex, client‑facing projects,



within the technology sector.

- Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and their practical application.
- In‑depth knowledge of Azure DevOps tools and experience managing software development projects using them.
- A successful track record of managing cloud modernization projects, specifically involving refactoring or migration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Preferred technical and professional experience 1. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AZ‑400 (Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus. Other relevant job details Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship. This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions.
