Project Manager – Custom Millwork / Cabinetry

We are a small custom millwork and cabinetry company looking for a hands-on Project Manager to manage projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage multiple millwork and cabinetry projects at the same time
- Review drawings, measurements, materials and project requirements
- Plan projects and coordinate production schedules
- Coordinate with shop staff, installers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Order and track materials
- Communicate with customers and provide project updates
- Visit job sites when required
- Make sure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Track project costs, changes and additional work
- Solve problems that come up during production or installation
- Follow up on deficiencies and make sure projects are fully completed
- Help organize daily shop and project workflow
- Assist with estimating,



quoting and new project opportunities when required

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in millwork, cabinetry, construction or a similar industry
- Good understanding of drawings, measurements and installation
- Experienced in CAD and kitchen design software
- Solid organization and communication skills
- Able to manage several projects at once
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Practical, hands-on approach to solving problems
- Reliable and responsible

This position is best suited for someone who understands the full process of a millwork project — from drawings and materials through production, installation and final completion. Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
