The Technology Program & Delivery Manager, International drives the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of regional technology initiatives that support restaurant operations, digital platforms, and enterprise strategy. This role ensures technology programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear readiness, stakeholder alignment, risk visibility, and post-implementation follow-through.
The role is responsible for creating structure and accountability across active initiatives by maintaining clear project tracking, coordinating vendors and internal stakeholders, tracking risks and blockers, and ensuring projects are properly sequenced, communicated, implemented, and closed out.
This role supports international market technology execution across restaurant systems, digital platforms, payment infrastructure, POS, network infrastructure, back-of-house platforms, new restaurant openings, and future technology rollouts.
Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end management of technology initiatives across international markets, from planning and readiness through implementation, post-launch validation, and closeout.
- Reports directly to the Head of Technology, ensures projects are executed on time and on budget, and aligned to operational expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Operations, Digital, Marketing & Finance.
- Establish and manage go / no-go readiness checkpoints for major rollout activity.
- Identify and escalate project risks, blockers, vendor gaps,
or internal ownership issues before they create delays or restaurant disruption.
Technology Implementation
- Oversee deployment of restaurant and enterprise technology systems including POS, payment infrastructure, kiosks, loyalty, CRM, digital ordering, menu boards, back-of-house platforms, network infrastructure, and reporting systems.
- Ensure seamless technology rollout for new restaurant openings and market expansions.
- Support technology lifecycle management, ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance.
- Partner with vendors and internal support teams to deliver high-quality implementation and training.
- Track post-install issues, unresolved defects, open risks, and closeout status after deployment activity.
- Document lessons learned from each rollout and translate them into improved standards for future initiatives.
Team & Culture
- Ensure all project activities adhere to corporate governance, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance standards.
- Manage change control processes, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and tools.
- Track and report progress against KPIs and communicate status to senior leadership.
- Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and follow-through across technology delivery.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build solid relationships with business partners, franchisees, and regional teams to align technology solutions with operational needs.
- Act as a key liaison between international market stakeholders, global technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional business partners.
- Support vendor evaluation and contract management in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.
- Track vendor actions, outstanding deliverables, missed dates, recurring execution issues, and project-related risks.
- Ensure roles, responsibilities, and next steps are clear across vendors, internal teams, field contacts, and operators.

Travel: 10%
Pay Range: CAD 105,000.00 - CAD 184,000.00 Annually
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (PMP or Agile cert preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within restaurant, or hospitality technology environments.
- Proven success delivering multi-market technology projects across (REGION).
- Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Familiarity with data privacy, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.
The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
