Role: Project manager - IT Governance specialist (Insurance Domain)

Location: Canada (REMOTE)

Job Type: Contract :

- Planning, controlling, and monitoring of resources with regards to capacity, performance and quality for applications in the area of responsibility
- Single point of contact for Business and IT departments in the area of responsibility
- Oversee backlog management, release planning, and rollout plans
- Review and approve work estimates
- Develop and maintain integrated Project schedule and plans
- Escalation management regarding tickets or general issues, set up alignment calls with customers
- Participation in budget planning
- Knowledge Management: creating and maintaining procedures for existing processes and documentation
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospective sprint, and backlog refinement meetings.
- Create and maintain project documentation and specifications.
- Ensuring compliance based on internal and external regulations
- Adhere to PMO process and compliance
- Participate in Organization audits
- Stakeholder Management and leadership reporting
