Role Overview: As a Customer Service/Project Manager Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind ensuring seamless project execution and top-notch customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, including administrative duties, multi-project management, effective communication with clients through both email and phone channels, order processing, collaboration with transportation partners for logistical arrangements, meticulous preparation and dispatch of samples, creation of customized documentation for shipments (primarily to the US), and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Your ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment and maintain proactive follow-ups will be instrumental in achieving success.
